Policies
Each booking type (class, appointment, trip, etc) has its own booking and cancelation policy.

For any booking you are not able to attend, if you can find someone to take your place or we have a waitlist and can fill your spot, we will offer at least a partial refund (we must cover processing costs).

RV Session Policies
This is a hands-on session using your RV and equipment.
​
RV: You must bring your own RV and equipment.
Recommended Equipment: RV and tow vehicle, black/sewer hose, freshwater hose, water pressure regulator, flush hose, RV power cord, RV surge protector, wheel chocks, leveling blocks.
Payment: Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. All payments made for RV hookup sessions are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Changes or Modifications: Changes to the reservation, including date or time adjustments, cannot be made once the session has been booked. We recommend confirming your booking details prior to finalizing your reservation.
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not get a full hour of instruction.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your scheduled RV hookup session or fail to notify us in advance, the full session fee will still be charged, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
Emergencies or Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), we may offer the option to reschedule your reservation. However, this is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
Notification: If you need to cancel or inquire about rescheduling due to any circumstance, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Class, Workshop, and Single Day Policies
Classes, Workshops and Single Day events booked through another organization will follow those cancelation policies.
