5 tbsp Judee's Whole Egg Powder (I feel this is a generous 2 eggs serving) Choose Your Add-ins Bacon Bits Diced Jerky Shredded Hashbrowns Dried Green & Red Peppers Dried Black Beans Salsa, hot sauce Tortilla for a wrap I package the eggs into a snack zip bag. I put anything that needs to be rehydrated into another snack zip bag. Put these bags, and other add-ins into a larger zip bag.   When you are ready to cook this, add water to the rehydrated bag and let them sit for about 20 minutes. I put the eggs into the pan I am cooking in, add the same amount of water as you have eggs and start stirring!!!! One of the keys is to not have any powdery clumps before you start cooking. Once mixed, I let these sit for 10 to 15 minutes before cooking. I also add the add-ins when I start cooking, preferably without extra water from the items that needed to be rehydrated.   Stir constantly when it is on the stove as the bottom will stick and burn.   When the eggs are dry, serve! If it's just you, eat right out of the pan to reduce dishes!
